New Bed!!

Not a whole lot of anything going on around here. Only one thing that I am happy with right now. We have finally made the switch from baby bed and toddler bed to a full size bed!! This past Saturday night was the first time that the girls slept in it. I am still not finished with decorating the room but I believe that it is going to look great when finished. They seem to be adjusting to it very well. As you can see in the picture Abby loves being close to her big sis!!
Abby loves bath time!! She will run to the bathroom and start yanking her clothes off!!
I will post pics of the finished bedroom when it is completed which I hope will be by the end of February.

Silly Abby!

These are just pictures that did not fit in with the other titles but I couldn't help but share. When Chris was putting together our new entertainment center, Abby thought that she had to help.

We got an idea to use the plastic pool as a sled! Mark split it right in half on the first pull but we used it for a little while. Well, we got two good years out of the pool!! We will be buying another one at the beginning of summer.

Brady and Lane along with Brady's sister Katie came to play in the snow with Lillian. Brady built a snowman in front of my mom's house. I don't know if you can really see it or not but Brady put armpit hair on this snowman!!
They finally finished the church snowman!! They named this snowman Bro. Guy!!
Whew!! We stayed out from 11:00 to 3:30 and Lillian cried not wanting to come in then. Abby, on the other hand, stayed out for about an hour and a half and then went down for a nap with Paw Paw. No school again tomorrow!! It's great having family and friends that live nearby!! We had a great time!

Someone Else is Going to the Chapel!!

Laura Leigh my niece is getting married!!! She got a diamond for Christmas! She is marrying Eric Prater from Decatur. We are so happy for both of them!!

The set date is March 26th. My girls will be flower girls again!! This time Abby will be able to walk but I don't know if she will actually walk down the aisle or not. Maybe she will follow Lillian and do just fine. Can't wait to start looking for dress!!!

Christmas Day Night at Mimi's!

We decided to go ahead and have Christmas at Mimi's because the roads looked like they were in good shape. It was very pretty driving along being able to see snow everywhere. This is my last post of Christmas activities. We had a very good Christmas and next Christmas will roll around before you know it.

Happy 40th Birthday Chris!!

Today is Chris's 40th birthday!! Can't believe that he has hit the 40 stage! Thank goodness that I have a while before that happens to me!! We got away with Chan and Marla this past Thursday. We went to Nashville and ate at the Cheesecake Factory. We had so much fun!! Fun day of eating and laughing!!
Hope he is blessed with many more birthdays to come!!
