Flying Kites to Being Silly!!

Lillian has had a kite since last Easter and we found it at the back of her closet. We decided that it was time to try it out. Lillian and Abby both loved flying it.

We found these glasses in one of our drawers and the girls had so much fun acting silly with them. The glasses light up.

A Gender Party!!

This is the first gender party that I have been to ever. We all got to wear either pink or blue to show what we thought Baby Aderholt was going to be. I chose pink because it would be neat to have another play buddy for my girls in the family. In the first pic, Lane is reading names that everyone thought that they should name the baby. Some were sooo funny!!

At the doctor's office, Lane had the nurse to put what the gender was in an envelope. She took it to a girl that she went to school with and she made the cake. Whatever the color was on the inside would be the gender of the baby. So here goes.

It's a girl!!!!!

The baby girl does have a name. She will be named Vera Lane!!! The name Vera was my grandmother's name. Grandmother would have been proud to have a great-great grandchild name after her.

Curls on a Rainy Night!

Several months ago it was raining all the time so I decided one night to get my hot rollers out and curl Lillian's hair. It turned out really good and I may try and curl her hair more.

I am going to do a little catching up each night. I have been very busy with work and I am just so pooped to do anything after I give the girls their bath. But now that I am out of school, I am able to stay up late. So I am going to start off with Laura Leigh's bridal shower.
